Block post. The signal cabin is on the Down platform at this station. There is also an Up platform, on which is the station building. A footbridge connects the two. There is a level crossing at the Limerick end of the station. Between this and the station is the former goods
store, siding and loading bank, which was previously the operating base for the Irish Traction Group. The siding runs behind the Down platform and the signal cabin, trailing in at the Rosslare end of the station. Beyond the station, the River Suir can be seen on the Up side.
